摘要
为解决双护盾TBM在城市地铁施工中始发困难、极限小转弯半径、穿越极硬岩及断层破碎带等工程难题,结合双护盾TBM在深圳地区的应用需求,研究双护盾TBM在深圳地铁施工中存在的问题及对策。1)提出双护盾TBM在R260m极限小转弯半径施工中的刀具磨损消耗规律、步进控制措施及测量顶台振动解决方案;2)提出一种分体始发技术方案以解决双护盾TBM始发场地狭小、空间受限问题;3)提出在210MPa极硬岩工况下双护盾TBM的针对性设计及刀具优化改进措施;4)提出双护盾TBM穿越断层破碎带掘进参数建议及应对策略。
The double-shield TBM applied in urban metro construction is always accompanied by difficulties such as difficult launching, limited small radius, crossing extremely-hard rock and fault and fracture zone. Hence, the problems and countermeasures for double-shield TBM applied in Shenzhen Metro construction are studied. Four aspects are proposed as follow:(1) Cutting tool wear and consumption rules, advancing control measures and solution of measuring platform vibration in the construction of double-shield TBM with limited small turning radius about 260 m;(2) a separate launching technical scheme solving the problem of limited space;(3) targeted design of double-shield TBM and improvements for cutting tool under 210 MPa extremely-hard rock condition;(4) tunneling parameters and countermeasures for double-shield TBM crossing fault fracture zone.
