摘要 随着城市轨道交通快速发展,轨道交通出行比例不断增加,轨道交通网络已成为大城市交通体系的大动脉。轨道交通的发展对于城市用地的影响日益突出,站点周边地区的开发建设成为城市空间发展的重要环节。通过GPS跟踪的方法对轨道交通接驳特征进行分析,明确天津市轨道交通站点的主要影响范围。基于GIS空间数据模型,对天津市地铁1号线沿线土地利用发展演变过程进行定量分析,明确轨道交通线路不同区段用地更新的差异。城市核心区域站点设施相对完善,地块更新较少,沿线土地功能结构更趋混合利用,商业用地明显增加,工业仓储用地则相应减少。居住用地比例变化不大,主要是低层住宅更新为高层住宅,开发强度更大。 The proportion of rail transit has significantly increased due to the rapid development of urban rail transit. Thus, rail transit networks have become the major part of metropolitan traffic systems. Moreover, the development of rail transit has become increasingly prominent for urban land use while the development and construction of the vicinity of the station has become an important part of urban spatial development. In this paper, land use development and evolution process along Tianjin Metro line 1 are quantitatively analyzed based on GIS spatial data model, and the differences in land renewability between different sections of the rail transit line are clarified. The facilities in the core areas of the city are relatively sufficient, with fewer land parcels updated. Moreover, the land use along the line has a more mixed structure. In addition, commercial land has increased significantly while industrial storage land has reduced accordingly. The proportion of residential land has undergone a little change, mainly because low-rise residential buildings have been renovated into high-rise residential buildings, with a greater intensity of development.
