摘要
本文综述国内外糖尿病专科护士培训管理的现状,从准入条件、培训要求、工作职责和服务范畴等方面进行比较,思考我国糖尿病专科护士培训管理的相关问题及对策,以期为我国糖尿病专科护理发展提供参考。
This article reviewed and analyzed the training and management of diabetes specialist nurses at home and abroad from several aspects including the entry conditions,training requirements,job responsibilities and service areas and brought up some relevant countermeasures to problems at home.It is expected to provide references for the development of diabetes specialist nurses in China.
