摘要 以瑜伽课程为研究对象,探讨高校体育教学俱乐部课程设计开发应遵循的原则,以及俱乐部模式下瑜伽课程设计的指导思想。在此模式下,通过对瑜伽课程各要素的分析,构建体育教学俱乐部瑜伽课程模块化教学体系,并对该体系中瑜伽课程内容的设置与课程实施等进行研究,旨在为高校体育教学俱乐部的课程改革和开发提供一定的参考。 With yoga course as the research object,this paper discusses the principles that should be followed in the curriculum development of college PE teaching clubs,and the guiding ideology of yoga curriculum design under the club mode.Through the analysis of the elements of the yoga curriculum,the modular teaching system of the yoga curriculum of the physical education teaching club is constructed.And the yoga course content of the system and the implementation of curriculum implementation were studied,in order to provide some reference for the reform and development of curriculum in the university PE teaching clubs.
