摘要
高校贵重仪器既要服务于科研,也要立足于服务社会。贵重仪器的档案基础资料,使用运行和维护过程中的信息建设,为贵重仪器的高效运行、开放共享、社会服务提供详细和准确的数据支持,提高使用效率和产生社会效益。从贵重仪器档案管理、使用和维护信息化管理入手进行探索,通过授权管理来实现信息化,做到贵重仪器在全生命周期内的数据支持。
Expensive equipment in universities and colleges should not only serve scientific research,but also serve the society.The file basic data of the expensive equipment and the information construction of operation and maintenance was used for the efficient operation,social services and maintenance,and it could improve the utilization efficiency and generate social benefits.The paper is focus on file management of expensive equipment and the usage and maintenance of information management.Through the authorization management to obtain the information,so that the information of the expensive equipment can be found in the whole life cycle.
