摘要
目的:分析医疗设备的功能特点变化和当前医疗卫生体制改革带来的变化,提出新形势下医院医学工程科自身建设的思路。方法:分析新形势下医院医学工程科所面临的新要求和职能转变。通过绩效考核提升工程师的业务水平和服务质量,加强与设备使用者的沟通和对自身的宣传,积极开展医疗设备质量控制。结果:绩效考核有利于促进工程师业务水平的提升,通过高质量的服务能够赢得医院的认可,通过开展医疗设备质量控制可保证临床应用安全。结论:医学工程科加强自身建设与医院的整体利益密不可分。
Objective:To analyze the current situation and the existing problems of medical engineering department and put forward the ideas of its own construction.Method:To define the functional transformation of the medical engineering department in hospital.Based on reasonable hours of the maintenance project,the engineer was properly paid.Strengthen the communication with clinical departments.Carry out quality control of medical equipment to ensure the safety of clinical application.Result:The engineers have improved the quality of service to the equipment users.Through the medical equipment quality control can ensure clinical application safety.Conclusion:The construction of the medical engineering department is closely related to the overall interests of the hospital.
