摘要
分析了传统钢材表面强化技术的缺点,提出将超声振动技术用于钢材表面强化。介绍了超声振动钢材表面强化的原理,通过有限元方法进行试验验证,确认超声振动钢材表面强化技术可以提高钢材表面的加工性能,为实际生产提供技术参考。
The shortcomings of traditional steel surface strengthening technology were analyzed,and ultrasonic vibration technology was proposed for steel surface strengthening. The principle of steel surface strengthening by ultrasonic vibration was introduced. The finite element method was used to verify the test. It is confirmed that the ultrasonic vibration technology for steel surface strengthening can improve the processability of steel surface and provide technical reference for actual production.
