摘要
目的:观察补中益气汤对气虚型脆性糖尿病患者血糖稳定性的影响。方法:筛选符合标准的气虚型脆性糖尿病患者32例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各16例。对照组单纯使用西药治疗,治疗组在对照组患者西药治疗的基础上口服中药补中益气汤加减治疗,4周后,选取每周血糖波动最大1天及相邻1天的血糖谱(7次血糖,即早餐、午餐和晚餐的餐前及餐后2h和睡前血糖),计算血糖水平标准差(SDBG)、最大血糖波动幅度(LAGE)、餐后血糖波动幅度(PPGE)、空腹血糖变异系数(FPG-CV)、日间血糖平均绝对差(MODD)及低血糖发生率。结果:治疗4周后,治疗组在调控血糖稳定性、降低低血糖及严重低血糖发生率方面均较对照组有明显优势。结论:补中益气汤能改善气虚型脆性糖尿病患者的血糖波动,并降低低血糖及严重低血糖的发生率。
Objective:To observe the effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction in the treatment of Qi deficiency brittle diabetes patients’ blood glucose fluctuation. Methods:Select patients 32 cases with Qi deficiency brittle diabetes,were randomLy divided into therapy group and control group. The control group was treated with western medicine alone,and the therapy group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Buzhong Yiqi decoction on the basis of western medicine. After 4 weeks of treatment,every week select the largest blood glucose fluctuation day and one day of adjacent blood glucose profiles(7 times a day,Fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose and night-time blood glucose),calculate standard deviation of blood glucose(SDBG),amplitude of glucose excursions(LAGE),postprandial glucose excursion(PPGE),fasting plasma glucose variability(FPG-CV),absolute mean of daily difference(MODD)and the incidence of hypoglycemia. Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,The treatment group has obvious advantages in controlling glycemic stability,reducing the incidence of hypoglycemia and severe hypoglycemia compared with the control group. Conclusion:Buzhong Yiqi method combined with western medicine can improve blood sugar fluctuation and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia and severe hypoglycemia in Qi deficiency type patients with brittle diabetes.
