摘要
目的探讨经第2骶椎骶髂螺钉治疗成人退变性脊柱侧后凸患者的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2018年2月我院收治的80例成人退变性脊柱侧后凸患者的临床资料,所有患者均接受经第2骶椎骶髂螺钉治疗,分析手术前后的疗效指标、生活质量以及功能障碍情况。结果术后,患者的侧凸Cobb角、矢状面轴向距离、冠状面平衡、局部后凸Cobb角与骨盆倾斜均显著低于术前(P<0.05)。患者手术前后的情感职能、生理职能与生理功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,患者的精神健康、社会功能、活力、躯体疼痛评分均显著高于术前(P<0.05)。术后,患者的ODI评分显著低于术前(P<0.05)。结论成人退变性脊柱侧后凸患者采用经第2骶椎骶髂螺钉治疗,矫正效果显著,利于提高生活质量,减轻功能障碍。
Objective To explore the effects of sacroiliac screw through the second sacral vertebra in the treatment of patients with adult degenerative kyphoscoliosis. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with adult degenerative kyphoscoliosis admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to February 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were treated with sacroiliac screw through the second sacral vertebra. The efficacy indicators, quality of life and dysfunction before and after surgery were analyzed. Results After surgery, the scoliosis Cobb angle, sagittal axial distance, coronal balance, local kyphosis Cobb angle and pelvic tilt were lower than those before surgery, with statistical differences (P<0.05). After surgery, no significant difference was found in scores of emotional function, role-physical and physical Function compared with those before surgery (P>0.05);After surgery, the scores of mental health, social function, vitality and physical pain were significantly higher than those before surgery (P<0.05). The ODI score after surgery was lower than that before surgery, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusions Sacroiliac screw through the second sacral vertebra in the treatment of patients with adult degenerative kyphoscoliosis has significant corrective effect, which can improve the quality of life and alleviate the dysfunction.
