摘要
目的探讨超声心动图评价瓣膜置换术后右心室功能的应用价值。方法选取2013年4月至2018年4月在我院行瓣膜置换术的风湿性心脏病患者30例为研究对象,比较手术前后的常规检测指标及右心室功能相关指标,探讨超声心动图的应用价值。结果术后,患者的HR、MAP、CVP、CO、CI均显著升高,与术前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,患者的S-RV、TAPSE、RVFAC、RVSDt均显著降低,VTI-RVOT、Vmax均显著升高,与术前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声心动图在评估风湿性心脏病患者行瓣膜置换术后右心室功能中有一定的应用价值,可直观反映患者治疗后的右心室功能变化,为临床疗效及预后评估提供依据。
Objective To explore the application value of echocardiography in the evaluation of right ventricular function after valve replacement. Methods 30 cases of patients with rheumatic heart disease who received valve replacement in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2018 were selected as research objects. The routine test indicators and right ventricular function related indicators before and after surgery were compared, to explore the application value of echocardiography. Results After surgery, patients' HR, MAP, CVP, CO and CI were significantly higher than those before surgery, with statistical differences (P<0.05). After surgery, patients' S-RV, TAPSE, RVFAC and RVSDt were significantly lower than those before surgery, and the VTI-RVOT and Vmax were significantly higher than those before surgery, with statistical differences (P <0.05). Conclusions Echocardiography has a certain value in the evaluation of right ventricular function after valve replacement in patients with rheumatic heart disease, which can directly reflect the changes of right ventricular function after treatment, and provide a basis for clinical efficacy and prognosis evaluation.
