摘要
电石炉炉气净化系统多采用袋式除尘器,因炉气露点偏高,常发生焦油结露,电炉频繁塌料,除尘器滤芯“糊死”、“烧坏”等现象,究其根本原因为滤料耐温程度低。提出选用中温多孔陶瓷滤芯的除尘器,改变净化设备的运行参数,可延长系统稳定运行时间、降低综合运行成本。
The calcium carbide furnace gas purification system typically employs bag type dust collectors. Due to high dew point of the furnace gas, it may cause frequent tar condensation, frequent material slump in the furnace, and "clogging" or "burning" of dust collector filter core. The root cause is that temperature resistance of the filtration material is low. It is proposed that medium temperature porous ceramic filter core dust collector be used to improve the operating parameters of the purification equipment, which can extend the stable operation duration of the system, and reduce the overall operating cost.
