摘要
为强化北京市交通行业安全生产工作,有效防范和消除生产安全问题隐患,运用元评估手段,对现阶段交通运输行业安全生产评价体系进行再评估,以危货运输企业为例,从可行性标准、适切性标准、精确性标准和效用性标准4个方向建立千分制评价体系评估模型,通过专家打分法对元评价指标进行打分,并通过复评实证总结分析现有评价体系利弊之处,为今后的评价工作提供了改进意见.
In order to further strengthen the safety production work of Beijing transportation industry,effectively prevent and eliminate the potential production safety problems,it has played an important role in promoting the implementation of the responsibility of the enterprise safety production subject.Using the meta evaluation method,this paper reviews the evaluation system at the present stage.Taking the shipping enterprises of hazardous materials as an example,this research establishes the meta evaluation model of the Millennium system from four dimensions:utility,feasibility,applicability and accuracy.Using the meta evaluation index based on the expert scoring method,this paper summarizes and analyzes the pros and cons of the existing evaluation system,and provides suggestions for future improvement.
