Objective:To detect the levels of four coagulation functions,D-dimer and FDP in the third trimester of pregnancy, and analyze the clinical significance to provide theoretical basis for clinical work. Methods:A total of 320 pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy from January to December 2017 were selected as the third trimester group.Fifty healthy non-pregnant women in the same period were selected as the healthy controls. The activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB),fibrin(original)degradation products(FDP)and D-dimer(D-D)levels were compared. Results:The values of PT,TT and APTT in the four groups of coagulation in the third trimester group were lower than those in the healthy control group, and the values of FIB,FDP and DD in the late pregnancy group were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the third trimester of pregnancy, the pregnant woman's body is in a hypercoagulable state.Dynamic monitoring of coagulation function has important clinical significance for preventing abnormal bleeding during and after delivery.
