摘要
纳米技术已被广泛用于药物输送和癌症治疗的新策略的开发。与传统的药物递送系统相比,基于纳米的药物递送系统在多种领域具有更大的潜力,例如多靶向功能化,体内成像,组合药物递送,延长的循环时间和全身控制释放。在本文中,该综述主要关注纳米靶向制剂针对不同靶向部位的应用,更深入地了解目前在应用中存在问题,期待未来设计出更有效的纳米靶向制剂用于药物输送和癌症治疗。
Nanotechnology has been widely used to develop new strategies for drug delivery and cancer treatment.Compared with traditional drug delivery systems,nanometer-based drug delivery systems have greater potential in multiple fields,such as multi-targeting functionalization,in vivo imaging,combined drug delivery,extended cycle time and systemic controlled release.In this paper,the review focuses on the application of nanometer targeted agents to different target sites,so as to further understand the existing problems in the application,and expect to design more effective nanometer targeted agents for drug delivery and cancer treatment in the future.
