大渡河安谷水电站招标项目繁多、专业性强且时间跨度大,在工程建设期业主方践行“三为”理念,完善招标管理机制,综合运用多项管理措施,使招标工作科学有序推进,取得良好的经济效益。
The bidding projects for Dadu River Angu Hydropower Station are numerous, professional and has a long time span. During the construction phase, the owner practices the concept of “three actions”, perfects the bidding management mechanism, and comprehensively uses a number of management measures to promote the bidding work scientifically and orderly, and achieves good economic benefits.
