穴播方式对冬小麦产量及品质的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以‘西农805’为参试品种,采用3种不同播种方式[条播(T1)、宽幅播(T2)和穴播(T3)],分别在拔节期、开花期追施氮肥。在追施氮肥条件下,研究穴播处理对该冬小麦品种产量及品质的影响。结果表明:T3处理增加了旗叶叶面积;追施氮肥增加了T3处理的地上部分干物质量;在追施氮肥下T3处理的实际产量最高,高达7430kg·hm^-2,不同播种方式下小麦的基本苗、生物量、收获指数呈显著性差异,且穗干质量与穗粒数呈极显著正相关;在追施氮肥下T3处理的各营养器官贮藏物质转运量与贡献率最高;不同播种方式增加了湿面筋质量分数;在追施氮肥下T3处理增加了籽粒的体积质量、沉降值、蛋白质质量分数、硬度、稳定时间、拉伸面积、延伸度、最大拉伸阻力,但各处理间沉降值、蛋白质质量分数与延伸度没有显著性差异。 The sowing seeding method affects the physiological ecology of winter wheat,and the effect of seeding sowing method on the yield and quality of winter wheat is determined.‘Xinong 805’is used as a test variety,and three different sowing methods(Seeding sowing T1,Wide-width T2,and Bunch-planting T3)are used,and nitrogen fertilizer is applied in jointing and flowering stages respectively.Under the condition of applying nitrogen fertilizer,the effects of seeding treatment on the yield and quality of winter wheat varieties were studied.The results showed that T3 treatment increased the leaf area of flag leaf;topdressing nitrogen fertilizer increased the dry matter quality of aboveground part treated by T3;the actual yield of T3 treatment under the topdressing nitrogen fertilizer was the highest,up to 7 430 kg·hm^-2,wheat under different sowing methods.The basic seedlings,biomass and harvest index showed significant differences,and the dry mass of the ear was significantly positively correlated with the number of grains per panicle.The translocation and contribution rate of the storage organs of T3 treated by the topdressing nitrogen fertilizer was the highest;the method increases the mass fraction of wet gluten;T3 treatment increases the bulk density,sedimentation value,protein mass fraction,hardness,stability time,tensile area,elongation,maximum tensile resistance of the grain under the application of nitrogen fertilizer,but there was no significant difference in sedimentation values,protein mass fraction and elongation between treatments.
