摘要
针对海上某稠油油藏注水井压力升高、欠注现象严重的问题,室内以纳米聚硅为主要处理剂,复配以表面活性剂等助剂,研制出一种性能优良的纳米聚硅多元复合降压增注体系,并对该体系的性能进行了评价,结果表明,该体系在地层温度下老化30d后油水界面张力仍可以稳定在0.065mN/m左右,具有良好的界面活性。该体系可以使稠油黏度降低率达到90%以上。并且能够使储层岩石表面润湿性由亲水向亲油方向移动。注入纳米聚硅多元复合降压增注体系后,水相相对渗透率增加幅度达到一倍左右。岩心驱替实验结果表明,当体系注入量为3PV时,二次水驱压力降低率可以达到48.5%,起到了明显的降压效果。现场3口井应用结果表明,平均压力降低率为30.2%,日平均注水量上升率为84.4%,平均有效期为195d,能够满足海上油田注水井长期降压增注的需要。
Aiming at the problems of pressure increase and insufficient injection in one injection well of a heavy oil reservoir offshore,the nano-polysilicon is used as the main treatment agent,other additives such as surfactants are used to develop a kind of high performance compound Nano-polysilicon pressure-reduced injection fluid system.The performance of the system has been evaluated.The results show that the oil/water interfacial tension can still be stable at about 0.065mN/m after aged at the formation temperature for 30 days,and has good interfacial activity.This system can reduce the viscosity of heavy oil by more than 90%.And the wettability of the reservoir rock surface can be changed from hydrophilic to oleophilic.The relative permeability of the aqueous phase is increased almost one time after the system injected.The results of core flooding show that when the system injection rate is 3PV,the secondary water drive pressure can be reduced by 48.5%,and it has obvious drive pressure reducing effect.The application results in 3 wells in the field show that the average pressure reduction rate is 30.2%,the average daily water injection rate is increased 84.4%,and the average effective period is 195 days,meeting the needs of long-term water injection at reduced pressure in offshore oilfields.
