摘要
目的采用超声波辅助提取响应面分析优选朱砂根中岩白菜素的提取工艺。方法以岩白菜素提取率为考察指标,在单因素实验基础上选择因素和水平,进行Box-Behnken响应面实验设计,得到最佳操作条件及二次方程响应面模型。结果朱砂根中岩白菜素的最佳提取工艺条件为:超声时间为40min,超声功率为100W,料液比为1∶77。结论Box-Behnken响应面法能优化朱砂根中岩白菜素的提取工艺。
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of bergenin from Radix Ardisiae crenatae by response surface method.Methods Based on the choice of factors and levels according to the results of single factor test,Box-Behnken response surface experiment was designed with the extraction rate of bergenin as the index to obtain the optimal operation conditions and two equations of the response surface model.Results The optimal extraction conditions of bergenin in Radix Ardisiae crenatae were as follows:the ultrasonic time was 40 min,the ultrasonic power was 100 W and the solid to liquid ratio was 1∶77.Conclusion Box-Behnken response surface method can be used to optimize the extraction of bergenin from Radix Ardisiae crenatae.
