摘要
消渴病对应西方医学中的糖尿病。消渴病的血瘀病机易被忽视,可通过督脉铺灸调理五脏六腑、化瘀温阳通督,以达到治疗消渴病的目的。督脉铺灸所经的部位与消渴病之病位有着密切的联系,可依据"三消"理论来调整肺、胃、肾功能的平衡,以达到改善症状的目的。因此,督脉铺灸治疗消渴病或可成为针灸治疗消渴病的新思路。
Diabetes mellitus corresponds to diabetes in Western medicine.The pathogenesis of blood stasis in diabetes is easily neglected and moxibustion on the Du Meridian can regulate the five Zang-organs and six fu-organs,remove blood stasis,warm Yang and dredge Du Meridian,so as to achieve the purpose of treating diabetes.The location of Du Meridian Moxibustion is inextricably linked with the location of diabetes and which may balance lung,stomach and kidney functions according to the theory of"three elimination"in order to improve symptoms.Therefore,Du Meridian moxibustion in the treatment of diabetes may be a new idea in the treatment of diabetes by Acupuncture and Moxibustion.
