摘要
剖析了GK型密炼机关键件混炼室的装配工艺,分析了混炼室刃口与下顶栓斜面间隙处漏胶、漏粉的原因,并指出其改进思路。通过实例计算,指出原混炼室装配工艺中的不足之处,采取措施消除了不利的影响因素。经过不断优化完善,最后得到了一种新的混炼室装配工艺。
This paper analyzes the assembly process of the key parts mixing chamber for GK internal mixer, and analyzes the causes of rubber leakage at the gap between the chamber cutting edge and lower ram slope, and pointed out the improvement ideas. Through the calculation of the example, the deficiencies in the assembly process of the original mixing chamber are pointed out, and measures are taken to eliminate the adverse influencing factors. After continuous optimization and improvement, a new mixing chamber assembly process was finally obtained.
