摘要
相变微胶囊流体因相变潜热大和粒子之间的微对流效应,具有载热密度大,传热温差小的特点,在传热方面具有独特的优势。但其低导热率和高粘度限制了其应用范围。基于微胶囊流体在微通道内不同流动状态下的传热性能及强化微胶囊流体传热方面进行研究进展介绍,并分析总结微胶囊流体在暖通空调及相关领域的应用进展。
Due to the large latent heat and the micro-convection effect between particles,phase change microcapsules have some advantages such as high heat transfer density and small temperature difference.The phase change microcapsules also have unique advantages in heat transfer.However,the low thermal conductivity and high viscosity limit its application.In this paper,the research progress was introduced based on the heat transfer performance of microcapsule fluids under different flow conditions in microchannels and the enhancement of heat transfer of microcapsule fluids.And also analyse the application of microcapsule fluid in HVAC and related fields.
