摘要
本文研究了R值、涂胶量、固化时间、放置环境温度对太阳能电池背板用胶黏剂粘结稳定性能的影响。通过对比发现,影响胶黏剂粘结力衰减的主要原因是R值,且随着R值得增大,胶黏剂粘结力衰减比例越大。放置环境温度对胶黏剂粘结力衰减速率有影响。
In this paper,the effects of R value,glue-spread quantities,curing time,environ- mental temperature on the bonding stability of adhesive were studied.Through comparison,it is found that the main reason affecting the attenuation of cohesive force is R value,and with the increase of R value,the attenuation ratio of cohesive force is greater.The environmental temperature has an effect on the attenuation rate of cohesive force.
