高压氧促进自体脂肪移植成活率的实验研究 被引量:1

Study of hyperbaric oxygen in the promotion of the survival rate of autologous adipose transplantation

摘要 目的探讨高压氧对健康的Wistar大鼠自体脂肪移植成活率的影响。方法将Wistar大鼠30只随机分为2组,每组15只。均切取大鼠腹股沟处的自体脂肪,称取0.5 g移植于右侧上腹部皮下。术后实验组采用高压氧处理;对照组采用常压氧处理;2周时取出称重、HE染色、测量湿重和血管密度,并行统计学分析。结果高压氧处理后2周的脂肪湿重为(0.258 7±0.055 9)g;血管密度为(5.98±1.39)个/mm^2,均高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧能明显增加移植后脂肪组织周围的微血管数量,促进脂肪细胞增殖,进而提高脂肪成活率,为临床上自体脂肪移植术后治疗提供实验依据。 Objective To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on the survival rate of autologous adipose transplantation in healthy Wistar rats. Methods Thirty Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups with 15 rats in each group. Adipose tissue was cut from the inguinal tissue of Wistar rats, and 0.5 g adipose was transplanted subcutaneously in the right upper abdomen. After the operation,hyperbaric oxygen was given to the experimental group and atmospheric pressure oxygen was given to the control group. The transplanted adipose tissue was removed 2 weeks later. Weight, wet weight, and vascular density was measured and HE stain was performed. Statistical analysis was adopted. Results The wet weight of the adipose tissue in the hyperbaric oxygen group was(0.258 7±0.055 9) g, and the vascular density was(5.98±1.39)/mm^2. These measurements were obviously higher than those in the atmospheric pressure oxygen group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen can significantly enhance the number of micro vessels around the adipose tissue after transplantation. It can promote the proliferation of adipose cells, improve the survival rate of adipose tissue, and provide an experimental basis for postoperative treatment of adipose transplantation.
