摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环管理在成盒口服药领取发放中的应用效果。方法选取全院2017年4~6月发放的4542盒口服药(PDCA循环管理实施前)以及全院2017年7~9月发放的4905盒口服药(PDCA循环管理实施后)进行研究。统计分析PDCA实施前、后给药错误发生情况和患者对护理工作的满意度。结果实施后成盒口服药给药错误总发生率明显低于实施前(P<0.05);实施后住院患者对护理工作的满意度明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环管理可有效降低成盒口服药领取发放的错误率,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management in the receiving and distributing of packaged oral drugs. Methods A total of 4 542 boxes of oral medicines distributed in our hospital from April 2017 to June 2017 (before the implementation of PDCA cycle management) and 4 905 boxes of oral medicines distributed in our hospital from July 2017 to September 2017 (after the implementation of PDCA cycle management) were selected to study. The occurence of medication errors and patients' satisfaction with nursing were analyzed before and after the implementation of PDCA. Results The total incidence of medication errors of packaged oral drugs after implementation was significantly lower than that before implementation (P<0.05);the satisfaction of inpatients for nursing after implementation was significantly higher than that before implementation (P<0.05). Conclusion PDCA cycle management can effectively reduce the error rate of receiving and distributing packaged oral drugs and improve patients' satisfaction with nursing work.
