摘要
目的探讨不同剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法采用密集抽样法选取2017年3月至2018年3月本院276例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,按照平行对照法将其分为研究组(n=138,12.5mg/d米非司酮)与对照组(n=138,25.0mg/d米非司酮)。比较两组治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗总有效率及复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组子宫肌瘤体积均减小(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组FSH、P、E2、LH水平均降低(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组IL-2水平均升高,TNF-α水平均降低(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论12.5、25.0mg/d米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤效果相当,但前者不良反应较少,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different doses of mifepristone in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma. Methods A total of 276 patients with uterine leiomyoma from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected by intensive sampling and divided into study group (n=138, 12.5 mg/d mifepristone) and control group (n=138, 25.0 mg/d mifepristone) according to parallel control method. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the total effective rate of treatment and recurrence rate between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the volume of uterine leiomyoma decreased in both groups (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05);the levels of FSH, P, E2 and LH decreased in both groups (P<0.05), but there were no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05);the levels of IL-2 in both groups significantly increased and TNF-α levels decreased (P<0.05), but there were no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The 12.5 and 25.0 mg/d mifepristone are effective in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma, but the former has fewer adverse reactions and is worthy of clinical promotion.
