摘要
新兴技术的应用会极大提高冷链物流企业的生产力和生产效率,但是冷链物流企业在应用新兴技术时,总会受到环境、培训、绩效制度等因素的影响。通过查阅国内外文献、调查冷链物流企业,结合技术接受模型理论提出概念模型,使用AMOS软件对概念模型进行拟合和测试。研究结果表明:培训、环境、绩效制度都对新兴技术应用意向有显著影响。针对研究结论,提出冷链物流企业未来应用新技术时的相关建议。
The application of emerging technologies will bring about great improvement of productivity and work efficiency for cold chain logistics companies.However,when cold chain logistics companies use emerging technologies,they are always affected by the environment,training,and performance systems.This paper proposes a conceptual model by consulting domestic and foreign literature,investigating cold chain logistics enterprises and combining technology acceptance model theory,and uses AMOS 24 software to fit and test the conceptual model.It turns out that training,environment and performance systems all have a significant impact on application intentions.And finally it puts forward the suggestions for the future application of emerging technologies.
