摘要 目的观察非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中GLI3蛋白的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法 选取NSCLC组织及癌旁组织各82例份,采用免疫组化法检测GLI3蛋白,并分析GLI3蛋白表达与NSCLC临床病理参数、患者预后的关系。结果 NSCLC及癌旁组织中GLI3蛋白高表达率分别为59.8%(49/82)、37.8%(31/82),两者比较,P<0.05。GLI3蛋白高表达与NSCLC肿瘤直径、肿瘤淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05)。根据GLI3蛋白表达水平将NSCLC患者分为高表达者(49例)及低表达者(33例),中位生存时间分别为50个月、57个月,两者比较,P<0.05。结论 NSCLC组织中GLI3蛋白呈高表达,GLI3蛋白高表达与NSCLC肿瘤直径及淋巴结转移关系密切,其可作为NSCLC预后判定的肿瘤标志物。 Objective To observe the expression of GLI3 protein in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues and to explore its significance. Methods Eighty-two cases of NSCLC and its paracancerous tissues were selected to detect GLI3 protein by immunohistochemical method, and the relationships of GLI3 protein expression with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of patients were analyzed. Results The high expression rates of GLi3 protein in NSCLC and paracancerous tissues were 59.8%(49/82) and 37.8%(31/82), respectively ( P <0.05). The high expression of GLI3 protein was related to tumor diameter and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC (both P <0.05). According to the expression level of GLI3 protein, the patients with NSCLC were divided into the high expression group (49 cases) and low expression group (33 cases). The median survival time was 50 and 57 months, respectively ( P <0.05). Conclusion The GLI3 protein is highly expressed in NSCLC tissues, and is closely related to the tumor diameter and lymph node metastasis, which can be used as a tumor marker to determine the prognosis of NSCLC.
