缸盖集成排气的设计开发及试验验证 被引量:3

摘要 内燃机油耗、排放法规要求越来越严格,节能减排也是内燃机工作重点所在。各种节能减排技术应运而生,缸盖集成排气是一项能够有效降低冷机排放、同时实现降低燃油消耗2%,而且,可以进一步达到节省发动机成本的技术。缸盖集成排气在近2~3年成为主流节能减排首选技术,集成缸盖设计开发过程必须采用完善的正向设计流程和理念,从概念设计到布局设计,布局设计必须具备详细完整的CAE分析支持,再到详细图纸设计、缸盖零部件试制、缸盖本体试验、整机试验等。通过缸盖集成排气整个正向设计开发流程的实施,保证缸盖集成排气产品的动力性、经济性和排放性,同时满足缸盖产品的加工要求。 The regulations on fuel consumption and emission of internal combustion engines are becoming stricter and stricter.Energy saving and emission reduction are also the focus of internal combustion engine work.Various energy saving and emission reduction technologies have emerged as the times require.Cylinder head integrated exhaust technology is an effective way to reduce emissions,while achieving the effect of reducing fuel consumption by 2%,and can further achieve the effect of saving engine costs.In recent 2~3 years,the design and development of integrated exhaust of cylinder head has become the preferred technology for energy saving and emission reduction.In the design and development process of integrated cylinder head,forward design process and concept must be adopted,from conceptual design to layout design,layout design must be supported by detailed and complete CAE analysis,and then to detailed drawing design,trial-manufacture of cylinder head parts,cylinder head body test,whole machine test,etc.Through the implementation of the whole forward design and development process of cylinder head integrated exhaust,the power,economy and emission of cylinder head integrated exhaust products were guaranteed,and the processing requirements of cylinder head products were also satisfied.
