摘要
热电材料是一种能够实现电能和热能相互转化的新型清洁能源材料。Cu-S族热电材料由于具有成本低、环境友好、低热导率等性能特征而受到广泛关注。本文主要介绍了Cu-S族化合物的晶体结构特征,重点阐述了提高热电性能的研究方法,为Cu-S族热电材料能够应用于能源领域提出基础问题和理论指导。
Thermoelectric materials are a new type of clean energy materials which can realize conversions between electric energy and thermal energy. Owing to their advantageous performance characteristics such as low cost,environmental friendliness and low thermal conductivity,etc.,Cu-S group thermoelectric materials have attracted extensive attention. In the present work,the crystal structure characteristics of the Cu-S group compounds were described with a special focus on the research methods to improve the thermoelectric properties, which proposes basic problems and theoretical guidance for the application of Cu-S group thermoelectric materials in energy field.
