摘要
钢包浇注末期出现漩涡卷渣现象会直接影响钢水质量,本文对某厂70 t钢包进行水模实验,探究初始液面高度、水口直径及偏心率对漩涡形成高度与临界高度的影响。结果表明,临界高度H与水口直径D满足H=1.83333×10-4D4-0.02733D3+1.32167D2-18.56667D+96临界高度H与偏心率x满足H=-36.61089e(-x/-2.2945)+95.42308。
The phenomenon of vortex formation at the end of ladle teeming directly affects the quality of molten steel. In this paper,water model study of 70 t steel ladle in a steel works was carried out to study the effects of initial liquid level height,nozzle diameter and its eccentricity position on the formation height and the critical height of the vortex. The results show that the critical height H and nozzle diameter D obey the empirical correlation as: H =1.833 33×10-4D4 -0.027 33D3 +1.321 67D2 -18.566 67D +96 and the critical height H and the nozzle position eccentricity x follow the empirical correlation as: H =-36.610 89e(-x/-2.294 5)+95.423 08.
