摘要
对等温硝化工艺制取硝基苯(或硝基氯苯)生产过程中产生的废稀硫酸真空提浓过程的原理及工艺进行简述,指出了废酸提浓需要控制的工艺条件。分析了运行过程中出现的典型问题和故障原因,针对性地制定消除和防范措施,从而保证装置长周期安全环保稳定运行。
The vacuum enrichment process of dilute contaminated sulphuric acid in isothermal nitrification process for monnitrobenzene or nitrochlorobenzene production is briefly described.The typical problems and faults in operation are analyzed, elimination and preventive measures are formulated, so as to ensure long-term, safe, environmentally friendly and stable operation operation of the plant.
