CTST塔板再生塔发生液泛的控制措施

摘要 针对胺液再生塔运行现状及再生塔液位和温度频繁波动、净化气中H2S含量超标、环境污染加剧、装置处理能力下降、溶剂耗损急剧增加等问题,分析了胺液发泡机理及胺液发泡影响因素,提出了再生塔出现泛液以及控制胺液净度、减少胺液发泡机率所采取的控制措施。经过1年的运行,检修时发现整个胺液再生系统内机械杂质明显减少,腐蚀速度明显减轻,因此说明采取的控制措施都是相对有效的。 In view of the operation status of amine regeneration tower and the frequent fluctuation of liquid level and temperature in the regeneration tower, the excessive H 2 S content in purified gas, the aggravation of environmental pollution, the decrease of treatment capacity of the plant and the sharp increase of solvent consumption, the foaming mechanism of amine and the factors affecting the foaming of amine are analyzed, and the measures taken to control the emergence of flooding in the regeneration tower,the cleanliness of amine and reduce the foaming rate of amine are put forward. After one year s operation, it is found that the mechanical impurities in the whole amine regeneration system are significantly reduced and the corrosion rate is significantly reduced.Therefore, the control measures adopted are relatively effective.
