摘要
针对某船船体外板的特点,通过水火弯板外板加工、特殊胎具热压加工、机器设备冷弯加工等不同外板加工方法的实际应用,对该船船体EH36高强钢曲面外板的加工成型进行工艺实践,为同类型船或相似船曲面外板的加工成型与技术交流提供参考。
According to the characteristics of the hull plate of the ship,through the practical application of different shell plate processing methods,such as hot-line bending,hot pressing of special mould,cold bending of machinery and equipment,etc,the processing and shaping of hull surface plate of the ship is carried out. The research provides a reference for processing,forming and technical exchange of EH36 high strength steel curved plate of the same type or similar ship.
