阶梯型舱壁次要支撑构件的弯矩因数取值改进

摘要 现行IACS《油船和散货船共同结构规范》中次要支撑构件的有效剖面模数的计算公式适用于平直舱壁上的支撑构件的设计,并对在不同边界条件下的弯矩因数作出规定,但对于阶梯型舱壁上的次要支撑构件的弯矩因数未作任何规定,给设计和工程实践带来不便。对阶梯型舱壁次要支撑构件进行有限元计算,提出一种阶梯型舱壁次要支撑构件弯矩因数取值的改进方法。该取值的改进方法对解决相关工程设计问题具有一定的参考价值。 The formula for calculating the effective section modulus of secondary support members in IACS Code for Common Structures of Oil Tankers and Bulk Carriers is applicable to the design of support members on flat bulkheads,and the moment coefficients of secondary support members onflat bulkheads are stipulated under different boundary conditions. However,the moment coefficients of secondary support members on stepped bulkheads are not stipulated in the rules,which brings inconvenience on design and engineering practice. An improved method for calculating the moment coefficients of secondary support members of stepped bulkhead is proposed by means of finite element analysis. The improved method has reference value for solving related engineering design problems.
