摘要
家具产业作为工业4.0大环境下的一个传统劳动密集型产业,正在向现代化、智能化迈出重要的一步。"个性化定制,柔性化生产"是支持现代智能家具行业发展的重要理念。现代可拆装家具是一种潮流更是一种趋势,家具连接件的更迭交替也使得家具有了千百种形态。本文着重分析了现代以来可拆装家具连接件的演变与革新,针对在工业4.0的时代背景下如何创新发展与应用可拆装家具连接件提出了几点建议,并提出一种创新设计方案,以期为更好地实现家具标准化生产,更高效地进行家具模块化组装提供参考。
With the continuous improvement of science and technology, the continuous development of industrial production and the improvement of human living standard, the industry 4.0 era is coming. As a traditional labor-intensive industry in this era, furniture industry is taking an important step toward modernization and intellectualization."Personalized customization, flexible production" is an important concept to support the development of modern intelligent furniture industry. Modern knock-down furniture is a kind of tide and a trend, the alternation of furniture fittings also make the furniture a thousand kinds of form alternately. In this paper, the evolution and innovative application of furniture fittings are summarized at first, then several advises of how to develop and apply knock-down furniture fittings are put forward in the context of industry 4.0, and a new design solution of knock-down furniture fitting is given, in order to provide references for better furniture standardization and modularization.
