摘要
目的研究枸地氯雷他定对慢性鼻窦炎手术效果及血清总免疫球蛋白E(TIgE)、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)和炎症因子表达的影响。方法选取重庆市第六人民医院2015年12月-2017年2月收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者92例,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各46例。2组患者均接受鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗,在此基础上,观察组患者联合枸地氯雷他定治疗。比较2组患者的手术总有效率和并发症发生率,同时比较2组患者治疗前后的血清TIgE、ECP及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-5及IL-8水平。结果观察组的手术总有效率(95.66%)明显高于对照组(80.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的总并发症发生率(6.51%)明显低于对照组(21.74%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血清TIgE、ECP、TNF-α IL-5及IL-8水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论枸地氯雷他定能提高慢性鼻窦炎手术治疗效果,促进病情好转,并能抑制血清TIgE和ECP表达,减轻炎症反应,降低并发症的发生率。
Objective To investigate the effects of desloratadine citrate on the surgical efficacy of chronic sinusitis and the levels of total immunoglobulin E (TIgE), eosinophil cationic protein ( ECP) and inflammatory factors. Methods A total of 92 chronic sinusitis patients who were admitted into the Sixth People's Hospital of Chongqing from December 2015 to February 2017 were enrolled. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group (n = 46). Both groups received endoscopic sinus surgery. In addition, the observation group was given desloratadine citrate. Then, both groups were compared for the total surgical effective rate and incidence of complications, as well as the levels of serum TIgE, ECP and inflammatory factors before and after treatment. Results The total surgical effective rate was 95.66% for the observation group, which was significantly higher than the control group (80. 43%)( P < 0. 05 ). The total incidence of complications was 6.51% for the observation group, which was significantly lower than the control group (21.74%)(P<0. 05). After treatment, the observation group showed marked decreases in the levels of serum TIgE, ECP, TNF -α, IL - 5 and IL - 8, compared with the control group ( P <0.05 ). Conclusions Desloratadine cit rate can improve the surgical efficacy of chronic sinusitis, inhibit the expression of serum TIgE and ECP, and reduce in flammation and complications.
