摘要
目的分析腹腔镜微创手术运用在育龄妇女良性卵巢囊肿治疗过程中在治疗效果与出血量等指标上所取得的效果。方法选取我院妇科2014年4月~2016年4月收治的良性卵巢囊肿患者56例,将其随机分成对照组与观察组,对照组28例行开腹手术治疗,观察组28例行腹腔镜微创手术治疗,从手术疗效、出血量等指标对两组患者的数据进行记录收集整理分析并进行评估。结果观察组患者能够取得比较明显的治疗效果,要远远大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组实验对象在手术时间指标方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但是在手术疗效与出血量等方面效果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对良性卵巢囊肿患者进行治疗时,选用腹腔镜微创手术这一治疗方式在治疗效果与出血量方面观察组能够取得比较显著的效果,具有重要的临床推广应用价值。
Objective To analyze the curativeeffect of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery on the therapeutic effect and bleeding loss in the treatment of reproductive women with of benign ovarian cysts. Methods 56 patients with benign ovarian cysts who were admitted to the department of gynecology in Liping People’s Hospital of Guizhou province from April 2014 to April 2016 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.28 patients in the control group were treated with open surgery while 28 patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery.The data of subjects in two groups were recorded,collected,analyzed and evaluated in terms of surgical effect,blood loss and other indicators. Results The curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in operative time between the two groups (P > 0.05). There were significant differences between the two groups in surgical effect and blood loss and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with benign ovarian cysts,laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery has significant effect in terms of therapeutic effect and bleeding loss,which is of important value of clinical promotion and application.
