摘要
原发性肺癌是迄今为止恶性程度最高的肿瘤之一,而病发的患者中约有85%是非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)。因此,找到NSCLC的发病机制,确定有效的治疗方案并改善预后状况,对于降低病发率就显得尤为重要。本文对近些年与NSCLC预后相关的miRNA-SNP的作用机制以及常用研究方法做了归纳总结,为确定NSCLC的有效分子标记物,改善患者术后病情和降低复发死亡率提供了理论依据。
Primary lung cancer is one of the most malignant tumors so far, and about 85% of the patients with this disease are non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Therefore, finding the pathogenesis of NSCLC, determining effective treatment and improving prognosis are particularly important for reducing the incidence of NSCLC. In this paper, we summarized the mechanism and common research methods of microRNAs-SNPs related to the prognosis of NSCLC in recent years, which provided a theoretical basis for identifying effective molecular markers of NSCLC, improving the patient's condition and reducing recurrence mortality.
