摘要
近年来,由于生活水平的提高,肉类食品成为了人们餐桌上的必备菜品之一,肉类食品中可能会有微量的有机磷类农药残留,其对人体的潜在危害较大。因此本实验采用气相色谱法对肉类食品中的敌敌畏、乐果、甲基对硫磷、对硫磷、甲拌磷及乙酰甲胺磷6种农药进行定性定量分析,采用QuEChERS前处理方法对样品进行提取净化,此方法加标回收率、检出限、准确度及精密度均符合要求,因此该方法能有效检测肉中的农药残留。
Residue detection of organophosphorus pesticides is the focus of food safety regulation. Among them, some pesticides that are too toxic and difficult to degrade are prohibited by the state. In this experiment, gas chromatography was used to qualitatively quantify the organophosphorus pesticides in the common meat products of the market: dichlorvos, dimethoate, methyl parathion, parathion, phorate and acephate. Analysis, using the advanced QuEChERS pretreatment kit to explore the extraction and purification of the sample, and scientifically verify the spiked recovery rate, detection limit, accuracy and precision of the method, the results were in line with the requirements of the analytical method, has a certain application value.
