摘要
论文提出了一种基于IGBT开关特性的变流器故障预诊断方法,它从变流器输出电压中在线测量IGBT开关时间,并根据其特性变化实施故障预诊断。与现有技术相比,新方法具有工程实施方便、准确、适用性好等优点,有助于提高变流器系统的运行可靠性。理论分析与实验研究验证了该方法的可行性与有效性。
This paper presents an IGBT switching characteristics based power converter prognosis method. It measures the IGBT switching time online from the converter output voltage. Fault prognosis of the semiconductor devices in power converter is performed by identifying the change of IGBT switching characteristics. Comparing to the traditional methods, the novel method is helpful to improve the operational reliability of power converter with the advantages of easy implementation, better accuracy and good applicability. Theoretical and experimental study was carried out to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
