摘要
综述了选择性破碎技术在典型固体废弃物(城市活垃圾、煤矸石、废弃电子电器产品)领域的应用进展,并介绍了破碎功耗学说和选择性破碎功耗理论的研究进展,强调破碎过程中的能量消耗与物料特性、设备结构等因素相关,进一步说明选择性破碎在能耗降低和破碎效率等方面有显著优势,从而为废弃物再生利用和资源化提供一条可节能降耗的新思路。
This paper reviewed the progress of application of selective crushing technology in typical solid wastes (including municipal solid waste, coal gangue, and waste electrical & electronic equipment), introduced the progress of research on crushing power consumption theory and selective crushing power consumption theory, emphasized that the energy consumption in the crushing process was related to the material characteristics and equipment structure, and further specified the significant advantages of selective crushing in reduction of energy consumption and crushing efficiency, providing the waste recycling with a way of thinking of energy conservation and consumption reduction.
