摘要
习近平在十九大报告中提出:“时代是思想之母,实践是理论之源”,这一观点强调了思想是在特定时代里萌发,理论是在实践中产生,时代是拓展视野的基础,实践是获得真知的源泉。我们所处的时代是消费时代、共享经济时代、智能化时代三个时代的叠加。十九大报告对我国社会主要矛盾的判断,作为重要的思想产生于特定的时代,也是人类实践活动在理论上的表现。吉林省全面振兴正是在这一背景下展开的,因此,必须顺应新时代的要求,确立新的发展理念。即适应社会主要矛盾转化———确立促进经济社会的全面协调发展的理念;适应由匮乏到丰盛的转变———确立以消费拉动经济的理念;由私有到共享———适应共享经济时代的发展理念,积极发展共享经济;由工业3.0到工业4.0———确立适应智能化时代的发展理念,实现吉林省制造业从“制造”到“智造”的转变。确立这种面对三个时代叠加的发展理念,将有助于实现吉林省的全面振兴。
Xi Jinping delivered at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,“thoughts are born from the times in which we live,and theories originated from practice”,which emphasizes that human thoughts sprout in a specific era,theories are generated in practice,era is the basis of broadening horizons,and practice is the source of genuine knowledge. We are living in an intertwined era with the themes of consumption, sharing economy and intelligence. The judgment of the social principal contradiction in General Secretary Xi Jinping’s report at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is an important idea emerged in a specific era,as well as the manifestation of human practice in theory. The overall revitalization of Jilin Province has been carried out under this background,which requires Jilin Province to comply with requirements of the new era and establish new development concept,that is,adapts to the evolution of the principal contradiction and establishes the philosophy of promoting comprehensive and coordinated development of the economic society;adapts to the transformation from deprivation to abundance and establish the philosophy of driving economic growth by consumption;from private economy to sharing economy to adapt to the development philosophy of the era of sharing economy and actively develop sharing economy;from Industry 3. 0 to Industry 4. 0 to establish and adapt to the development philosophy of the intelligence era,and realize the transformation from “manufacturing industry” to “intelligence-oriented industry” in Jilin Province. We must establish the development philosophy of three eras’ superposition so as to realize the overall revitalization of Jilin Province.
