摘要
分析了西部大开发进程中西北某新区规划市政道路噪声环境影响评价面临的现状及规划噪声敏感点以及周边路网对道路建设可能的影响,给出了规划区道路建设环境影响评价针对规划敏感点和现状敏感点的应对策略,道路噪声环评应和设计资料深度相适应,不应忽略区域路网规划范围内可能产生影响的在建道路,应当明确提出合理的2类声功能超标控制区域,为市政道路噪声控制提供科学依据。
The current and future noise sensitive target faced by the noise environmental impact assessment of municipal road were analysis, the surrounding road network impacting was analysis, the strategies in road construction environmental impact assessment were given according to current sensitive and planning sensitive, the municipal road noise in EIA should consistent with the designing depth and the EIA also must not ignore the effect on the constructing road from the surrounding road network, the EIA should propose a reasonable excess of 2 class notice function controlling area in order to provide a scientific basis for municipal road noise control.
