摘要 药理学实验课程是医学及药学相关专业的核心课程。传统教学,即教师课堂上讲授讲义,然后演示实验操作,学生分组练习,难以实现教学目标。基于药理学实验课程特点和学情分析,通过加强教学设计,注重过程考核,以病例为先导引入PBL教学模式,以问题为基础可有效提高学生自主学习兴趣,改善学习效果,同时,培养学生的医药学思维,达到学以致用的目的。 Pharmacology experiment is the core course of medicine and pharmacy. Traditional teaching, that is, teachers give lectures in class, and then demonstrate experimental operations, students practice in groups, which is difficult to achieve the teaching objectives. Based on the characteristics of pharmacology experiment and the analysis of the learning situation, the PBL teaching mode can be introduced by strengthening the teaching design, paying attention to the process assessment, taking case as the guide, and taking the problem as the basis, which can effectively improve the students’ interest in independent learning and the learning effect. At the same time, the medical and pharmaceutical thinking of students can be cultivated to achieve the purpose of applying what they have learned.
