摘要
对立式刮刀离心机结构、原理、常见故障类型及原因进行分析,并根据选煤厂实际生产情况提出相应的对策措施,以有效地保障选煤厂离心机安全高效运行,降低设备故障率及设备维修费用,为选煤厂离心机日常管理维护提供借鉴。
Through technical research,the structure,principle,common fault types and causes of vertical scraper centrifuge are expounded and analyzed.According to the actual production situation of the coal preparation plant,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward so as to effectively ensure the safe and efficient operation of the centrifuge in the coal preparation plant,and reduce the failure rate of the equipment and the cost of equipment maintenance.In order to improve the daily management and maintenance of centrifuge in coal preparation plant.
