摘要
针对松软厚煤层易发生冒顶片帮事故的问题,进行配套液压支架、刮板输送机、采煤机和电气设备的选型,并对开采过程中的切巷支护方式、端头支护、采煤机截深与放煤步距和通风除尘措施进行了设计。经工业应用表明,设备选型合理,相对炮采采用综采放顶煤开采技术,产量达到了4500t/d,吨成本下降了21元。
In order to solve the problem of prone to roof caving accidents in soft and thick coal seam,the type selection of supporting hydraulic support,scraper conveyor,shearer and electrical equipment is carried out,and the supporting way of cutting roadway and the end support in mining process are also carried out.The cut-off depth of shearer,step distance of coal drawing and ventilation and dust removal measures are designed.The industrial application shows that the selection of equipment is reasonable and the technology of fully mechanized top coal caving with fully mechanized caving is not only the output of 4 500 t/d,but also the output of 4 500 t/d and per ton of production dropped 21 yuan,which achieved the goal.
