摘要
通过对螺杆式空压机的结构构成和易导致故障的因素进行分析,根据故障树分析法将各类因素建立为故障树模型,并通过模型对各类因素进行最小割集和结构重要度的分析进行对比,以此为依据进行了螺杆式空压机日常维护的探讨。
Based on the analysis of the structure of screw air compressor and the factors that are easy to cause fault,all kinds of factors are established as fault tree model according to the fault tree analysis method.The minimum cut set and structural importance of various factors are compared through the model,on the basis of which the daily maintenance of screw air compressor is discussed.
