摘要
通过盆栽试验,研究了混种三叶草对青菜和小白菜镉、铜、铅、锌积累的影响。结果表明:混种后,三叶草根系和地上部分生物量均降低,但根冠比升高;青菜根系生物量降低,地上部分生物量升高,根冠比降低;小白菜根系生物量升高,地上部分生物量降低,根冠比升高。混种青菜与混种小白菜对三叶草根系和地上部分镉、铜、铅、锌影响均不相同。混种三叶草后,青菜和小白菜根系及地上部分镉、铜、铅、锌含量均减小,且差异显著。因此,混种三叶草可减少青菜和小白菜对镉、铜、铅、锌的积累,降低重金属对人类的危害。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of the accumulation of cadmium, copper, lead and zinc in Brassica chinensis L. and Brassica rapa L. Chinensis by intercropping with clover (Trifolium repens L.). The results showed as follows: the biomass of clover root and shoot reduced, but root to shoot ratio increased by intercropping compared to monoculture. The biomass of B. chinensis root and root to shoot ratio reduced by intercropping, but biomass of shoot increased. The biomass of B. rapa root and root to shoot ratio increased by intercropping, but biomass of shoot reduced. It was different that the contents of cadmium, copper, lead and zinc in clover root and shoot by intercropping with B. chinensis and B. rapa. The contents of cadmium, copper, lead and zinc in roots and aboveground parts of B. chinensis and B. rapa decreased significantly after intercropping with clover. Therefore, intercropping clover can reduce the accumulation of cadmium, copper, lead and zinc in B. chinensis and B. rapa, and reduce the harm of heavy metals to human beings.
