摘要
以石油醚溶剂进行天然龙脑的精制,研究固液比、溶解温度、结晶温度对精制效果的影响。结果表明,较优的工艺条件是:固液质量比1∶1,溶解温度70℃,结晶温度5℃,产品收率可达70.90%,天然龙脑含量98.03%。各因素对龙脑精制得率影响顺序是:固液质量比>溶解温度>结晶温度。
The nature borneol was purification by petroleum ether as the solvent.The influence of the solid-liquid ratio,dissolution temperature and crystallization temperature on the purification effect were investigated.The result showed that the optimized conditions were:the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶1,the dissolution temperature was 70℃,the crystallization temperature was 5℃,the yield of the purification was 70.90%,the nature borneol content of the product was 98.03%.The influence order factor on the yield of purification was solid-liquid ratio>dissolution temperature>crystallization temperature.
