摘要
当前,临床诊断异位妊娠的方法较多,其中,B超在异位妊娠的诊断中应用较为广泛,为目前异位妊娠产妇首选的诊断形式,可对产妇的病情诊断提供良好的借鉴。B超诊断的方法主要包括经腹部B超、经阴道B超两种,现对近年临床B超诊断异位妊娠的研究进展进行归纳总结发现,众多研究表明,经阴道B超对于产妇异位妊娠的诊断效果明显优于经腹部超声,且将经阴道B超和经腹部超声结合应用对于异位妊娠的诊断效果更为突出。归纳、分析B超诊断异位妊娠的临床应用情况,并对其临床应用价值进行分析。
At present,there are many clinical methods for the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,among which,B-mode ultrasound is widely used in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,and it is the first choice for the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.It can provide a good reference for the diagnosis of the condition of parturient.The methods of B ultrasonic diagnosis mainly include abdominal B ultrasound and transvaginal B ultrasound.This article summarized and found the clinical research progress of B ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in recent years.Many studies have shown that transvaginal ultrasound is more effective than abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,and the combination of the two is more effective in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.This paper induces and analyses the clinical application of B-ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.The clinical application value of B-ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy was analyzed.
